Welcome to The Beauty Assembly, the exclusive distributor of Celluma LED Light Therapy devices in New Zealand.

Before using our website, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the website.

 

  1. Use of Website

 

1.1. The Beauty Assembly website is intended for personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

 

1.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries through on our website.

 

  1. Products and Orders

 

2.1. The Beauty Assembly distributes Celluma LED Light Therapy devices exclusively in New Zealand. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

 

2.2. By placing an order with our sales team, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

 

  1. Pricing and Payment

 

3.1. All prices for products listed on The Beauty Assembly website are in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without notice.

 

3.2. Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order via our sales team. We accept payment via credit card, bank deposit or other payment methods specified on our website.

 

3.3. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment method) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery

 

4.1. The Beauty Assembly will make every effort to deliver orders promptly, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.

 

4.2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided to you as a part of the quoting process with our sales team. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

 

4.3. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from The Beauty Assembly pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

  1. Returns and Refunds

 

5.1. All Celluma devices come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from date of purchase. Please retain you invoice for this purpose. Replacements or refunds will be honoured in the event of a technical difficulty with the device. This warranty does not cover any wear and tear of the device including, but not limited to; damage to outer foam carrier, wear and tear of the console, scratches etc

Where the device box has been opened, the device will be deemed used and returns will follow the above guidelines.

For any technical issues with the device, this can be returned to The Beauty Assembly for assessment  

 

  1. Intellectual Property

 

6.1. All content included on The Beauty Assembly website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of The Beauty Assembly or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

 

6.2. You may not use any trademark, service mark, logo, or other proprietary information of The Beauty Assembly without our prior written consent.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Beauty Assembly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our website.

 

  1. Governing Law

 

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

 

  1. Changes to Terms

 

9.1. The Beauty Assembly reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
